This isn't a very good picture, but the cake was scrumptious! I decided to do a layer cake instead of cupcakes because it was quicker, but cupcakes would have been prettier. LOL A cake decorator I'm not. :) The icing is really simple. Basically butter and powdered sugar with flavoring. Sweet and very good!
